Our company run a strict quality control policy, we take 5 steps to ensure our products are made in top quality.

Incoming Raw material Quality Control

The main raw material for tent and covers are fabric. When fabric arrives, we will test the fabirc width, gram weight, hydrostatics head, water repellent, color Fastness, tensile strength, tear strength, abrassion strength, fire retardant, UV protection etc. We also test the other kind of raw material like fibre glass pole, steel pole, tent and covers plastion accessories and other small accessories.

In-line Production Quality Control
When we are making the tent or covers, our supervisor will check it at any time. When a fault is detected, the fault will be reported to our production manager immediately, and the production manager will find a solution how to solve the fault.

Finishing Quality Control
When a tent or cover is finishing, our QC will check it again before packing. If there is broken zipper, wrong position of small plastic accessory, small fabric hole, long loosing thread, our QC will send it back to the workers and repair the tent.

1st Set Up Quality Control
When the 1st tent or cover is finished, we will set up the tent or put the covers in corresponding items, and check the shape and sewing quality. If there is a sewing problem or the shape is wrong, we will change it immediately.

Packing Quality Control
When a tent is finished, we will check it again when packing. We maing check the tents(covers), inner tent, poles,tent pegs, guy ropes, color insert, set up instruction etc. We also weigh it to ensure no parts is missing in the packing.

Besides our own quality control, we also welcome a third party inspection if customer required. We will accompany the third party inspection organization to make a outer quality control.
